Ukrenergo is ready to start repairing Chornobyl power supply line immediately
Ukrenergo announced this on Facebook, Rubryka reports.
Currently, they are only is waiting for the "green corridor."
"Ukrenergo expects a safe corridor that will allow us to restore the line that will provide the Chornobyl nuclear power plant with electricity," the statement said.
The company said that the repair crews are ready to repair the line immediately, despite the threat of execution by the enemy, and are waiting for permission.
To recap, on February 24, the Russian military seized the Chornobyl nuclear power plant.

The Office of the President believes that this is "one of the most serious threats to Europe today," as Russian troops may be preparing provocations at the Chornobyl nuclear power plant.
