Stoltenberg calls for real humanitarian corridors for people in siege
NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg recalled that attacks on civilians during the war were a crime and called for the creation of real humanitarian corridors for those around them.
He stated this during a visit to Latvia, UP reports.
"There are plausible reports of shelling of civilians during evacuation attempts. Attacks on civilians are a war crime and it is absolutely unacceptable. We need to organize real humanitarian corridors and ensure that this decision is followed," Stoltenberg said.
We will remind, earlier the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine addressed the world in connection with the humanitarian catastrophe in Mariupol after the next failure of evacuation.
