Kim noted that the occupiers did not know the city, and the smoke will blind enemies.
"We must be ready as much as possible. Then nothing will be done," he said.
Kim called to take tires to every intersection from checkpoints to the center: 5-10-15 tires at each intersection.
They should be placed at the intersection without blocking the road. At each pile of tires, Kim called to leave 5-10 bottles of Molotov cocktails.
