479 babies born in Kyiv since the beginning of Russian invasion

All hospitals and maternity hospitals in the capital operate under martial law and provide the most necessary care to patients.

The mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klychko reported about it on the Telegram channel.

"All hospitals and maternity hospitals in the capital are working. All doctors are on duty and provide necessary care to all patients. Today I visited one of the municipal maternity hospitals in Kyiv, №7. It works under martial law, provides emergency care to pregnant women with pathologies and planned appointments. During the war, 82 babies were born in this maternity hospital. Among them are twins," said the mayor of Kyiv.

He added that a total of 479 children were born in the capital during the war: 251 boys and 228 girls.
