Between Kharkiv and Sumy, a huge group of Russian troops was formed, which was to go to Kyiv. It no longer exists.
Arestovych stated this on the air of the telethon, which is quoted by Liga.net.
"A huge operative group has been disbanded between Kharkiv and Sumy. It is now gone. It was partly killed, partly transferred to Kharkiv and stopped there, partly retreated and licked its wounds. There is no need to be afraid. The Russian army is not strong, it is just long. Like salami. We'll eat them," he said.
Arestovych added that Russia's operational capabilities were far from massive bombings and final assaults, if not assaults at all. According to the adviser, Russian troops have hardly advanced in the last 24 hours, and they have not passed small suburbs such as Bucha and Hostomel in 10 days.
