The Russian military was given a direct order to shoot at the civilian population of Ukraine, as well as to shoot at their soldiers who refuse to do so.

The SBU press service reported this.

One of the prisoners, who was shot dead, told about it during interrogation.

According to him, on the first day of the war, his column was ordered to surround Kharkiv. All civilians who tried to leave were shot.

But when Ukrainian security forces approached the scene, and a fight broke out, two Russians rushed to the aid of the wounded woman. Their colleagues did not appreciate such a manifestation of humanity and opened fire on their own. A woman and an officer were killed, and a soldier on video was wounded in the legs.

He survived because he was taken away by the daughter of the murdered Ukrainian woman

Now he is an important witness to the atrocities of the invaders, which are documented by SBU investigators and will be brought to court.
