The Bucha City Council on Facebook reported this, Rubryka informs.
"The enemy continues to fire on houses, cars, kill civilians and even children, rob stores.
It is impossible to deliver humanitarian goods: the community is under siege by the enemy.
Every day we receive almost a thousand messages from the residents of Bucha and the settlements of the community about the need for food, water, restoration of communications," the statement said.
The City Council reports that the Bucha community has been without electricity, heat, communications, and the Internet for several days.
Residents are also asking to help the sick, those who have not been able to find relatives for several days.
A significant number of city residents are in basements.
To recap, from Bucha and Hostomel, near Kyiv, Ukrainians can't evacuate people, according to locals, occupiers shoot even civilians.
In the Kyiv region, the Russian occupiers did not provide a "green corridor" for the civilian population and did not allow volunteer assistance.
