US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says President Joe Biden's administration intends to donate $2.75 billion to support humanitarian services in Ukraine and Poland

Blinken met with Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau.
"We've been talking about tough sanctions, that is, there should be no banks that are not excluded from the SWIFT system so that the freezing of assets is as wide as possible," the prime minister said after meeting with Blinken.
The US Secretary of State noted that values such as freedom, peace, and security were under special threat today.
"Poles know how important it is to defend freedom, as Americans do, so we will stand by Ukraine's support against a deliberate, illegal, and unprovoked invasion," Blinken said.
Morawiecki noted that the meeting with Blinken concerned the current situation in Ukraine and the strengthening of the eastern flank, strengthening the presence of American troops, NATO troops.
