In the occupied Trostianets, the Russian military is threatening to shoot medics if they go on calls; they're allowed to go to children only in emergencies.
This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration.
Locals cannot buy food and other goods. All shops are looted, the city is constantly searched and snipers are working.
It is also not possible to get into the city to help the population.
