"How to burn a Russian tank" training for local population held in Zhytomyr
In Zhytomyr, hundreds of people took part in the exercise "How to burn a Russian tank."
The Zhytomyr city council reports about it in Telegram.
"Zhytomyr will not be handed over. Hundreds of Zhytomyr residents have been trained in 'How to burn a Russian tank,'" the statement said.
On the eve, Mayor Serhii Sukhomlyn announced these exercises. According to him, they are aimed at territorial defense fighters and all concerned citizens.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops are shelling and destroying key infrastructure, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, rocket-propelled grenades, and ballistic missiles.
Martial law was imposed in Ukraine, and general mobilization was announced.
Ukraine has officially filed a lawsuit against the Russian Federation in the UN International Court of Justice in The Hague.
