Enerhodar residents became a wall to protect the city
Residents of Enerhodar in the Zaporizhzhia region went to meet the occupiers with the flags of Ukraine and readiness not to let the enemy into the city
Enerhodar Mayor Dmytro Orlov announced this in Telegram, Rubryka reports.
"For the third time, Enerhodar is building a thick wall at the entrance to the city, blocking the entrance to the occupiers. Thousands of people came to show that they don't need to be saved. That they're in their country, on their land. That Enerhodar is Ukraine!
Results as of now. Once again, uninvited 'guests' are strongly advised not to approach the city."
Locals said the occupiers wanted to set up a checkpoint on the road between Enerhodar and Dnipro's turn.
People have returned home, but are ready to mobilize again.
