Line 1545 rebooted: it now handles humanitarian issues 24/7

The Cabinet of Ministers is resetting the 1545 hotline, which will now promptly process requests for humanitarian issues. The line will work around the clock.
This was reported by the Cabinet of Ministers on Facebook.
Currently, the government line 1545 can be contacted on the following issues:
- problems with water supply, water disposal, heating,
- damage to infrastructure: gas pipelines, railways, utilities,
- evacuation and return of citizens who were forced to go abroad due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine,
- needs for food and basic necessities, the sale of goods at higher prices,
- drug needs
- fuel needs,
- issues of social benefits, pensions,
- problematic issues with community leaders and other representatives of local self-government.
The Cabinet of Ministers stressed that calls from Ukraine to Ukrtelecom, Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine, and LifeCell are free of charge.

Payment is done according to the tariffs of the mobile operator.
