Russian occupation vehicles are traveling through the city in Kherson, said the Head of the Regional State Administration Hennadii Lahuta.
Lahuta reported this in a comment to the UP.
Currently, there are no details, but the head of the regional state administration showed photos and videos of Russian armored vehicles driving through the streets of the city.
Lahuta later reported on social media that in Kherson, occupants who enter the city are capturing local residents.
They will probably be used as a human shield to move forward, Lahuta said.
Currently, in Kherson, there is an air alarm. Heavy explosions are heard in the city.
