Zelenskyy calls on world states to declare Russia a terrorist state
After a rocket attack on Svobody Square in Kharkiv, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on the world's states to declare Russia a terrorist state.
The president said this in his address.
"The rocket to the central square is an outright, uncovered terror. No one will forgive, no one will forget. The attack on Kharkiv is a war crime. It is state terrorism of the Russian Federation. After that, Russia is a terrorist state, obviously, and should be, officially," the head of the Ukrainian state declared.
