No large Ukrainian energy facility was damaged - Ukrenergo
Ukrenergo states that during the five days of the war no large Ukrainian energy facility was damaged.
The maximum that was damaged is several high-voltage transmission lines.
Since the beginning of the war, consumption has fallen by 27%, shutting down three nuclear power plants and two conventional ones. In this regard
Energy experts urge not to save electricity and consume it in the normal way to maintain the balance of the system.
It is also reported that the warehouses of thermal power plants have twice as much coal as at the end of February 2021 (733 thousand tons against 376 thousand tons).
An important conclusion from this report is that Russia is not shelling Ukrainian power plants.
