President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on Ukraine's signing application for EU membership.

He wrote about this in Telegram.

"Today I signed an application for Ukraine's membership in the European Union. I am sure it can be real," he wrote.

Earlier it became known that Zelenskyy signed an application for Ukraine's membership in the EU.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed to the European Union to accept Ukraine under a special procedure.

"We appeal to the European Union to accept Ukraine immediately under a new special procedure," the president said.

Let us remind that Slovakia proposed to create a special procedure for Ukraine's accession to the EU.
