Occupiers fired two packets of cluster ammunition at a village in Chernihiv region. It's prohibited by Geneva Convention
The Russian military fired two packets of cluster munitions at the village of Kiinka in the Chernihiv region.
This was reported in the Operational Command Pivnich.
"Russian occupiers kill peaceful Ukrainians and wipe out entire villages. With two packets of cluster munitions, the Russian army covered Kyinka in the Chernihiv region. The invaders beat civilians with weapons banned by the Geneva Convention. What is this? They foully attacked an independent country, forcing to 'love' them, destroying homes, villages and taking lives. Only cowards do so…" said the statement.
