The Russian enemy is absolutely demoralized.
From his words, directly in Kharkov, throwing enemy equipment in the middle of the road, entire groups of 5-10 people surrender to Ukrainian troops.
As soon as they see at least one representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they surrender.
"About the situation in the region as of now: Chuhuiv is completely controlled by Ukrainian troops, Ukrainian flags are hung on the administrative premises.
The offense of the Russian aggressor continues in the direction of Lipetsk, Volchansk and Belgorod. We fix separate columns of Russian machinery. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively fighting in their positions," the message says.
As the mayor noted, the captured Russian fighters talk about complete exhaustion and demoralization.
They have no connection with the central command, they do not understand and do not know their further actions.
Since the beginning of the attack on Ukraine, they have not received food and water, and their equipment has no fuel reserves.
Leaving their positions, Russian fighters try to hide among the civilian population, asking people for clothes and food. Because "at home" no one is waiting for them.
Residents of the Kharkiv region, be careful, do not open the door to strangers, do not help the Russian aggressor in hiding.
