The network spreads information that people in Kyiv, Kharkiv and other cities are added to chats, ostensibly to help each other

This was reported by the State Special Communications Service

"There are threats that such channels are set up for saboteurs to mislead people and lull their vigilance.

Also, remember that if someone you do not know, especially those who do not orientate in the area ask you about plans or any other information – do not communicate with them. If possible, take measures to detain them.
