The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov stated that the rapid offensive by large columns failed, Russia is more actively using saboteurs and landing troops.

He announced this on Facebook.

The Minister noted that Ukraine has been holding for more than 55 hours and destroyed the enemy's plans.

"As of this morning, the number of eliminated Russian occupiers has exceeded 3,000.

More than 200 interventionists were taken as prisoners of war. Their number is increasing. They did not expect such resistance and surrender themselves.

Hundreds of armored vehicles were destroyed, including more than a hundred Russian tanks. Yesterday, 7 helicopters were shot down with "Stinger" missiles" Reznikov said.

According to the minister, the enemy is trying to change tactics. Russian troops are shelling residential neighborhoods, hospitals, and educational institutions.

As the rapid offensive by large columns failed, Russia is more actively using saboteurs and landing troops.

Our Army and Territorial Defense have effectively neutralized them. But the Defense Forces need help to act ahead.

I appeal to everyone.

There are enemy spotters in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and other cities who can set fire to your homes or pave the way for Russian troops. They are the eyes of the enemy.

If you see suspicious people setting up beacons, markings, or people who are unable to clearly explain the purpose of their stay in a particular place, detain them yourself or inform the Territorial Defense.

Detainees can be a source of useful information.

I appeal separately to those who knowingly cooperate with the Russian occupiers or may be misled by their promises to "earn extra money."

In two days, Russian Inhumans killed nearly two hundred civilians, including three children.

Another 33 children were injured.

In such circumstances, people may simply not want to or do not have time to detain you safe and alive. Give up criminal intent before it's too late.

A special request for residents of Ukrainian villages and small towns, as well as all those who have the opportunity.

If a column of Russian armored vehicles passed you, a column of fuel carriers will follow it after a while. Detain or burn it. Russian tanks will simply stop, our troops will capture them and use them against the enemy.
