The enemy continues to shoot at "ambulances," but doctors keep working - Liashko

The occupiers continue to shoot at ambulances in Ukraine.

This was announced by the Minister of Healthcare of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko on Facebook, Rubryka reports.

"I address international human rights organizations to harshly condemn the terrorist actions of the Russian aggressor," the Minister wrote.

According to him, an ambulance brigade in the Zaporizhzhia region came under enemy fire.

Fortunately, there were no casualties.

Lyashko noted that emergency medical teams were also shot at in the Kyiv region.

"Doctors were not injured. But there are injured patients in Marianivka who cannot receive medical care due to the shelling. In addition, shots were fired in Chernihiv on the territory of a psychiatric hospital," he said.

Lyashko stressed that 53 of our citizens were taken to hospitals overnight. Everyone, without exception, is provided with the necessary medical care.

According to the Minister, medical workers are ready to work in an emergency, but such actions of Russian mercenaries are simply unacceptable.

"We thank our Armed Forces and medics for opposing the Russian occupiers," Lyashko summed up.
