The Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine had his first conversation with the Secretary of State for Transport of the United Kingdom Grant Schapps and made several statements thereafter.
The statement of the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov appeared in the official Telegram channel of the Ministry of Infrastructure. He stated that the ministry is working to ensure that Ukraine receives the necessary assistance:
"Today I spoke about the importance of ensuring sustainable logistics between Ukraine and our NATO partners. In particular, I have already had my first conversation with the Secretary of State for Transport of the United Kingdom Grant Schapps.
We also pass on to all our colleagues a specific list of the needs of the Ukrainian side for reliable and effective resistance to the Russian occupiers. First of all, we are talking about fuel, as well as humanitarian and military assistance", the Minister said.
He also stressed that all the losses inflicted by the Russian occupiers are being recorded, all roads will be rebuilt, and bridges restored.
"I want to remind everyone that if the enemy breaks into Ukraine, our western neighbors will be next," the minister concluded.
