The President of Poland called Russian bombing of the residential areas of Kyiv an act of terrorism
Russian bombings of Kyiv's residential areas that lead to people's death is an act of terrorism.
The President of Poland Andrzej Duda wrote that in his Twitter after a phone call with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, "Ukrinform" reports.
"The situation in Kyiv is very complicated. In the morning Russians started to bomb the city. UAVs are throwing bombs on the apartment buildings, people are dying. It is an obvious act of terror to destroy morale, although there is a huge determination to defend the capital", Duda wrote.

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin declared a war on Ukraine on February 24th and launched Russian troops across the whole country. A group of Ukrainian cities were hit by missiles, facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were attacked.
The Parliament of Ukraine adopted a decree by President Zelenskyy on announcing the martial law all across Ukraine in the morning of February 24th.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, more than 60 batallion task forces groups invaded Ukraine. The main goals of the attack is blockade of Kyiv and creation of the land corridor to temporarily occupied Crimea.
