The SBGS has compiled a list of exceptions for conscript-age men to leave the country
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has compiled a list of grounds that allow men of age from 18 to 60 to leave the country.
This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine on Facebook.
Under martial law, men aged 18-60 are restricted from leaving Ukraine. However, several exceptions allow citizens to cross the state border.
They include a certificate of deferment of conscription and notification of enrollment in special military registration, or the conclusion of the military-medical commission on unfitness.
Persons who have 3 or more children under the age of 18 dependent on them, or who are raising a child (children) under the age of 18, or who have a child with a disability, may also leave Ukraine, as well as those who are adoptive parents, guardians, or whose close relatives died or gone missing during an anti-terrorist operation.
