President's Office: it's safer to stay in Kyiv now than trying to leave the city
The Office of the President said it was safer to stay in Kyiv than to try to leave the city.
"It's safe to stay at home now, don't go anywhere. In fact, there is heavy traffic at all exits from Kyiv. Therefore, we advise you to stay at home and follow the news," said presidential spokesperson Serhii Nikiforov at the briefing.
He assessed the probability for residential buildings to become targets of the Russian army as "extremely low."
