A bombshell hit Uman city centre, Cherkasy region, from the side of the Russian Federation

A shell from the Russian Federation hit the central part of Uman, Cherkasy region.

Oleksandr Skichko, the head of the Cherkasy Regional Administration, reported this on his Facebook.

As a result, one person died and five others were taken to hospital.

Within the radius of the military unit, 30 km from Rozsyshki village, the evacuation of the people was announced.

Mass gathering points for those without cars are at the exit from Uman on the Stryi-Izvaryne highway  –  near the WOG gas station. Buses are waiting there.

Those who possess their own transport should go on the highway H-16 to the circle and turn to Talne (near the bus station).

Representatives of the RSA are coordinating there.
