Lukashenko assures that Belarussian troops are not taking part in attacking Ukraine
Belarusian dictator Oleksandr Lukashenko has assured that his troops are not taking part in the attack by Russian troops on Ukraine.
He said this on Thursday, February 24, at an operational meeting with the country's military leadership, Belta reports.
"I have just read: "At around 5 am, the state border of Ukraine in Russia and Belarus was attacked by Russian troops supported by Belarus. "… Our troops are not taking part in this operation," Alexander Lukashenko said.
Earlier, the Ukrainian State Border Guard Service reported about the Russian invasion from the Belarussian territory.
