Kuleba gives a speech at UN General Assembly meeting: what he talked about

The full-scale war in Ukraine will mean the end of the world order that have existed so far

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba stated this at the UN General Assembly meeting in New York, Rubryka reports.

He has said Russian needs to receive a fast and assertive response from the world community.

"The beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine will be the end of the world order as we know it. If Russia doesn't receive a harsh, fast and assertive response, it will mean the bankruptcy of the international system of security and international institutions that have a task to support a global security order," Kuleba stressed.

He emphasized that Putin wouldn't stop on Ukraine.

"If a permanent member of the UN Security Council manages to violate virtually all rules, other participants will be inspired by it and follow its example. Now he tries to prove the United Nations Organization is weak, indecisive, and unable to protects its key principles," the minister added.

"What role does Putin see in the UN? The role of the new League of Nations. We must not allow Russia what it wants," the minister explained.

As it's known, the League of Nations, an international organization that existed in early 20th century, wasn't able to prevent the beginning of the Second World War because of its flaws and was finally disbandedвідомо.

"If the United Nations does a turn right now to become a strong and initiative player who isn't afraid of decisive actions and usage of its power, I'm sure Russia will stop," he stressed.

According to the minister, nobody can sit through the crisis in the sidelines, if Putin invades.

"Nobody will be able to go through the crisis if Putin decides he can go forward with his aggression against Ukraine. Your governments and nations will face with painful consequences with our government and people. That is why we need to use the last chance for action and stop Putin where he is. It's apparent he won't stop on his own," Kuleba stated.
