Blinken: the United States will provide Ukraine with up to $1 billion in credit guarantees

United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken has said the United States will provide Ukraine with a $ 1billion loan to help Ukraine's economy.
This was reported by Reuters.
"This proposal (…) will allow Ukraine to ensure economic stability, growth, and prosperity for its people in the face of Russia's destabilizing behavior," Blinken said.
He added that a strong partnership between Ukraine, the IMF, and other financial institutions, as well as economically successful countries, could help in this regard.
