Diia.Barrier-free: First lady announces a state application's new feature
Diia.Barrier-free will be available in 2023. It's a new extension of the Diia application. The service will be designed to facilitate communication between the elderly or disabled with the state.
This was stated by First Lady Olena Zelenska at the Summit Diia, Rubryka reports.
"It will not be just a section, it will be a special unit of the Diia. It is designed to facilitate communication with the state for the elderly and people with disabilities.
Here the info will be available on how to get benefits, services, documents. Here you can learn how to act in difficult life situations, learn about your rights… We want Diia.Barrier-free to become a bridge, and in this case a ramp between people and the state," said Olena Zelenska.
Earlier, at the same summit, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a new state program that will provide free smartphones for vaccinated elderly Ukrainians. All this will be done to improve communication with the state.
