Ukrainian Wikipedia ranks 16th in the world in terms of traffic
Ukrainian-language Wikipedia became the 16th in the world popularity rating of the online encyclopedia.
In December 2021, Wikipedia received 89.0 million views in Ukraine (-2% compared to December 2020).
This allowed us to bypass the Swedish rival.
Now the Ukrainian Wikipedia is following the English, Japanese, German, Russian, Spanish, French, Chinese, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Persian, Turkish, Dutch, and Indonesian versions.
In total, in 2021, the Ukrainian Wikipedia received 891.0 million page views against 855.1 million in 2020, an absolute annual increase of 35.9 million views.
