A Ukrainian working at McLaren created the project of the first Ukrainian electric car
Ukrainian Maksym Shkinder, who works on the design of McLaren sports cars, created the project of the first Ukrainian electric car KRAINA 225.
This was reported by krainaauto.com.
"What would you say if such a national electric car appeared on the roads of your hometown? We've joined forces with other talented specialists from Ukraine who work abroad in automotive and IT companies to show what the collective mind is capable of," Maksym Shkinder wrote.
The KRAINA 225 team strives to create a Ukrainian electric car with a competitive design that draws inspiration from the local industrial heritage. In particular, the creators were inspired by the Ukrainian aircraft AN-225, "Mriia."
KRAINA Shooting brake Coupe is a luxury electric car, a four-seater electric coupe about 5 m long. The car has a streamlined silhouette with a sloping rear part and a completely transparent roof.
According to Shkinder, this is a non-profit, purely conceptual project aimed at research and experiments.
