Ukraine collected a record-breaking harvest in its history this year
Ukraine has harvested a record harvest in the history of independence and exceeded the previous forecast of 100 million tons.
Minister of Agrarian Policy Roman Leshchenko announced this.
"We are completing this year's harvest of grain, legumes, and oilseeds with a record of more than 106 million tons. This is the absolute maximum in the history of our state!" Leshchenko wrote.
According to the Minister, over 84 million tons of grain and legumes have been harvested this year and 22.6 million tons of oilseeds.
Thus, the figure exceeded the previous forecasts of the agency by 100 million tons.
