The United States says they're committed to the principle of "no decisions or discussions on Ukraine without Ukraine"

The White House stated after a telephone conversation between Presidents Joe Biden and Volodymyr Zelenskyy that the United States, its allies, and partners are committed to the principle of "no decisions or discussions on Ukraine without Ukraine."

The press service of the White House reported this.

"Biden reaffirmed the United States' unwavering commitment to Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

He made it clear that the United States and its allies and partners are committed to the principle of "no decisions or discussions about Ukraine without Ukraine."

The leaders called on Russia to de-escalate tensions and agreed that diplomacy was the best way to make significant progress in resolving the conflict.

Biden stressed the readiness of the United States to participate in supporting confidence-building measures to promote the implementation of the Minsk Agreements, in support of the Normandy format," the statement said.
