Vueling starts operating flights from Ukraine
Spanish low cost airline Vueling Airlines has launched Paris–Kyiv scheduled flights.
"We are happy to welcome another airline to our aviation family – Vueling Airlines. As of today, 38 airlines fly on 118 routes to the Boryspil Airport, thus indicating the rapid resumption of passenger traffic and proving the fact that our strategy to attract new carriers and expand the network works and produce results. The start of cooperation with Vueling is very important for us because yet another European low cost carrier has confirmed its interest in Ukraine. We wish the airline satisfied customers, safe flights, and new routes," said Oleksiy Dubrevsky, Director General of the Boryspil International Airport.
Vueling flies to the Boryspil International Airport from Paris Orly Airport. The airline operates flights from Kyiv twice a week – on Tuesdays and Sundays. The airline's fleet consists of A320 and A319 aircraft.
As reported, on December 1, Air Ocean Airlines announced the launch of a new flight from Zaporizhzhia International Airport to Lviv.
