A biology classroom at Vinnytsia school equipped with up-to-date equipment

The Vinnytsia school №8 has equipped the biology classroom with the latest equipment, which will allow the use of innovative learning technologies in the study of the subject to organize practical and research activities of students.
The press service of the Vinnytsia City Council reported this.
The purpose of the winning project of the "School Project Budget-2021" competition is to equip a classroom where children can learn more about the structure of living and non-living organisms. As part of the initiative, a variety of laboratory equipment was purchased: a microscope, flasks, and test tubes. They also bought slide mounts, herbariums, and anatomical models.
According to Oksana Mukomel, a biology teacher at school 8, with the new microscopes children will be able to see slide mounts, parts of tissues, and their structure. Such research motivates students to study biology.
Almost UAH 300,000 was allocated from the community budget for the project.
