Zelenskyy: online elections issue is being worked on
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, ruled out amendments to the Constitution so that the President would be elected by the Verkhovna Rada.
Rubryka reported this with reference to Zelenskyy's statement during the press marathon.
At the same time, he noted that the issue of holding online elections was being considered, but not necessarily through Diia.
"Deputies will not elect the president of Ukraine. We don't plan it, and I can't tell what will be further. We promised that there will be online voting; it doesn't cancel the usual voting. Will it be through Diia? Not a fact at all. The issue of online elections is being worked out," Zelenskyy said.
