A “Rage Room” where you can get rid of negative emotions opened in Khmelnytskyi

A "Rage Room" where anyone can destroy various things to get rid of negative emotions has appeared in Khmelnytskyi.

"I was nervous at work. There were problems in my studies, in relationships, and I wanted to vent my negative emotions somehow. I remembered that I once saw an advertisement on social media that Europe has a room where people come to break and smash. Ukraine has similar rooms in 3 cities: Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa. There was no such room in Khmelnytskyi," said Oleksandr Sherepa, the initiator of the Wrath Room.

According to him, the attributes for destruction in the room are sought on the platforms of online stores and among the written-off equipment. These are bottles, dishes, office equipment, TVs, washing machines, chairs, cabinets.

Before entering, visitors receive a helmet mask to protect the face, gloves, and a hammer. After each visit, the room is cleaned, and the garbage is disposed of.

As psychologist Aliona Marymonska notes, the "Anger Room" can help a person. This will give results when a person wants to throw out anger "environmentally," i.e. without harming the environment and their loved ones.
