"You always have to start with yourself": a Odesa resident cleaned garbage and planted flowers
Sometimes it may seem that small steps cannot change global situations. However, it's not the case.

Odesa resident Yevhen Lata, walking with his dog in the tourist area of his hometown, has cleaned up garbage in flower beds, which was left there by passers-by, from time to time.
But once again, tired of the constant dirt, Yevhen decided, without waiting for utility services, to solve this issue on his own; he bought flowers and planted them in flower beds.
Of course, people aren't obliged to correct the mistakes of others at their own expense. In this case, we should observe the on-the-spot reaction of utility services. Unfortunately, it does not always happen. However, such initiatives of involved citizens once again convince: even small things can change our streets and cities. You always have to start with yourself. It is then that the streets, cities and the country as a whole will change.
