Defense Ministry convinced Russia will not stop the war with Ukraine

Russia will not stop fighting Ukraine, because in this way Russian President Vladimir Putin solves his several problems.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar on Ukraine 24 TV channel.
"I want to remind you that the war was started and is being waged by Putin, and it is unprofitable for the Russian Federation to end it because they are using this situation for political pressure and blackmail. I want to note that these 90,000 troops are located in the occupied territories and along the border. It is not profitable for Russia to stop and end the war, because they are solving not only political but also their international and economic issues through political pressure, and it follows that the only one who can stop this war is it is the one who started it, that is, Russia," said the deputy defense minister.
When asked by the presenter about the problems that Russia is solving at the expense of the war in Ukraine, Maliar answered: almost everything.
"For example, energy, economic. The situation with the escalation in Ukraine on his part (Putin – Ed.) is a bargaining chip," she said.
