Тhe travel requirements are posted on the website of the Health Ministry of Malta.
Ukrainian citizens – vaccinated or unvaccinated – are banned from entering Malta for tourism purposes from October 21.
Applications for exceptional travel authorisations from dark red countries are to be made via the online form for Travel Authorisation
To enter Malta, travelers need to obtain permission to enter, have a negative coronavirus PCR test, fill in a special form, stay in 14-day quarantine.
In August, the Government of Malta recognized Ukrainian digital COVID-19 vaccination certificates.
In July, Malta banned entry for all unvaccinated tourists.
