A pilot project to reduce the impact of air pollution launched in Drohobych

SaveDnipro, a non-governmental organization, is launching a joint project with the Polish IT company Lichba Djinn EI to reduce the harmful effects of polluted air on human life and health. Drohobych in the Lviv region will become a pilot city.

Rubryka reports with reference to representatives of the public organization.

It is planned to develop a new feature in the largest environmental chatbot in Ukraine, SaveEcoBot.

The new feature will provide users with recommendations on how to minimize the impact on health and life if the level of air pollution exceeds the permissible values.

Residents of Drohobych will be the first to welcome the updated functionality. The project will last until June 30, 2022.

Besides the publicly available updated chatbot, Drohobych will receive new SaveEcoSensor air quality monitoring stations as part of the project.
