President Volodymyr Zelenskyy intends to sign several laws on Crimea at the Crimean Platform Summit.

He made this statement in an interview with Crimean journalists published by Ukrainska Pravda.

Commenting on journalists' remarks that the law on eliminating the "Crimea" free economic zone hasn't been signed yet, Zelenskyy said: "I sign everything that is brought to me. I'll tell you honestly, I plan to sign many of these laws during the Crimean platform. My idea was to involve other leaders in the affairs of Crimea. We signed a law on indigenous peoples without waiting for events."

The president added that "everything will be signed and everything is being signed."

As Rubryka reported, the opening of the Crimean Platform Summit will take place in Kyiv on August 23.
