ATB opens a cafe. The first cookery launched near Kyiv
ATB retail chain has opened the first weight cooking department of ATB-Cafe in the suburbs of Kyiv.
In the village of Lisnyky, the first ATB-Cafe weighing department in the network was opened in the renovated ATB store on the Obukhiv highway, the retailer's press service reported.
The range of dishes offered consists of 42 items: sweets, salads, side dishes, meat, and fish dishes, as well as smoked food and seafood.
"The cooking shop is built from scratch, equipped with highly professional equipment in compliance with all European standards and certified by the HACCP system," the company said.
This is the first store of the ATB retail chain with such a service. The company plans to equip 25 more ATB stores across Ukraine shortly with prepackaged cooking departments under its own ATB-Cafe brand.
"ATB-Cafe in Lisnyky will work in test mode. Specialists will carefully study customer demand and their wishes, monitor sales dynamics to best meet customer needs in the future," the company said.
Note. At the beginning of 2021, the ATB network had more than 1,200 stores. The company announced the opening of another 120 new ones this year and a change in the format of 60 existing ones. From 2022, ATB plans to open up to 150 new outlets annually.
