Kuleba names three blocks of issues in the talks between Biden and Zelenskyy
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated that President of the United States Joe Biden and President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will hold talks on three thematic blocks of issues.
He said this on one of the TV channels, RBC-Ukraine reports.
He's talking about political, economic, and security blocks.
"The first is a political block. We've had a strategic partnership with the United States since 2008. It needs to be brought to a new level; it's the first task," the minister said.
He said there were some concrete ideas about security.
"This is opposition to the Russian aggressor, the issue of Donbas, the issue of Crimea, where and how we'll move forward. We'll discuss some very specific ideas. The conversation was substantive," Kuleba said.
In the third block, one of the issues is American investments in Ukraine.
"We want to see more American money in the Ukrainian economy. Especially in strategic areas. We can build a very effective partnership with American businesses and financial institutions. We're preparing specific projects with names, numbers, deadlines for the visit, and submitting them to the United States," Kuleba added.
