Tupytskyi is summoned to Prosecutor General's Office to hand over the notice of suspicion

Iryna Venediktova summoned Oleksandr Tupytskyi to the Prosecutor General's Office to hand over a new notice of suspicion.

The lawyer of the dismissed chairperson of the Constitutional Court reported about it, Channel 5 writes.

He noted the notice paper was delivered to the Prosecutor General's Office the day before at 9:50 p.m. in violation of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Tupytskyi was summoned there on July 16 at 11:00 a.m. to be handed over a notice of suspicion according to the article "Attempt to seize power."

The proceedings were opened in October last year at the request of the Voice party member, People's Deputy, Yaroslav Yurchyshyn, after the scandalous decision of the Constitutional Court to abolish criminal liability for declaring knowingly unreliable information and close the register of electronic declarations.
