The office for monitoring a situation on the occupied peninsula will start working during "Crimean Platform" - Zhovkva
At the summit of the Crimean Platform, the leaders of foreign countries plan to present the office of the Crimean Platform, which will monitor the situation in occupied Crimea daily.
Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ihor Zhovkva stated this in an interview with Telegraf.
"As a result of this summit, a full-fledged Crimean Platform office will open, and on the same day, the foreign leaders who'll attend the summit will be able to evaluate its work. The Crimean Platform office will monitor the situation in the occupied 24/7 daily, i.e. human rights, economy, environment, military issues. We'll ask each partner who comes to this summit for some format of involvement: expert involvement, exchange of information, or financial assistance. We want for each government or Office of the President to have a separate official, whose portfolio would include issues of the Crimean Platform. Some countries have already promised us to assign such representatives," Zhovkva said.
