Ukraine’s Rivne, Poland’s Lublin to cooperate in food tourism
Rivne city territorial community and the Polish city of Lublin have signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of gastronomic tourism, according to the press service of the city council.
"The agreement was signed at an international gastronomic conference in Lublin. The prerequisite for the signing was the conclusion of an agreement on partnership cooperation between the cities of Rivne and Lublin, signed on October 1, 2013, and the joint implementation of the cross-border project "Cultural Heritage of Cuisine – Promotion of Culinary Traditions through Professionalization of Gastronomic Offer of Lublin and Rivne"," the report reads.
The document provides for cooperation in the field of tourism as a factor in maintaining and deepening friendly relations.
The agreement envisages the development of common priority areas of tourism, the implementation of joint projects, the exchange of experience in the field of tourism, and the holding of joint seminars and conferences on tourism.
