Zourabichvili invites Zelenskyi to visit Georgia
President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili has invited President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi to visit Georgia on July 18.
She said this at a joint press conference with Zelenskyi in Kyiv on June 23, Novosti-Georgia portal reports.
"Today's visit is only the beginning of strengthening our political relations. I invite President Zelenskyi to visit Georgia on July 18," she noted.
Zourabichvili believes that the Ukrainian-Georgian relations will strengthen even more.
In turn, Zelenskyi noted that Zourabichvili's visit was important for strengthening the strategic partnership between Georgia and Ukraine.
During the meeting, the two presidents also discussed the issue of repatriation of citizens, who are currently detained in Ukraine and Georgia.
