Shevchenko National University wants to deprive Lukashenko of the honorary doctor title
Aleksandr Lukashenko isn't worthy of the title of Honorary Doctor of the Taras Shevchenko National University, and his illegal actions contradict the values of the university.
This opinion was expressed by Taras Shevchenko National University rector Volodymyr Buhrov on Facebook, Rubryka reports.
In the message, he notes that he appealed to the Academic Council of the KNU to urgently consider the issue of depriving Lukashenko of honorary status at its meeting.
As reported by Rubryka, the vice-rector of the Shevchenko National University Volodymyr Buhrov was appointed rector for a five-year term on April 29.
